By registering for and/or participating in the International Forum on Power & Energy Engineering 2026 (“Conference”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Registration & Payments
All participants must complete the official registration process.
Registration is confirmed only after full payment of fees.
Payments are accepted through authorized online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other methods listed on the website.
Early-bird and standard registration deadlines will be strictly applied.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer.
Refund policy:
Before July 31, 2026: 75% refund
August 1 – September 15, 2026: 50% refund
After September 15, 2026: No refund
Substitutions of participants from the same organization are allowed with written notice.
3. Conference Program
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program (sessions, speakers, timings) without prior notice.
Every effort will be made to keep the published program accurate and updated.
4. Abstracts, Papers & Presentations
Authors submitting abstracts/papers grant the Organizer the right to publish them in conference proceedings or related publications.
Presenters are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe copyrights or intellectual property rights.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional behavior and respect all delegates, staff, and venue rules.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from the event without refund.
6. Liability & Insurance
The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Conference.
Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and health insurance.
The Organizer will not be liable for events beyond its control (force majeure), including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
7. Visas & Travel
Participants are responsible for securing valid travel documents and visas to enter the UAE.
The Organizer may provide invitation letters upon request but is not responsible for visa approval/rejection.
8. Photography & Media
The Conference may be recorded (photography, video, live streaming).
By attending, participants consent to the use of their images and recordings for conference promotion and documentation.
9. Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Contact details may be shared with sponsors/exhibitors only if the participant provides consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
